How it plans
Real routings. Real machine hours.
The plan is only as honest as its inputs, so the inputs are the ones your shop already has: operation sequences with setup and run times, the machines each step can run on, and the outside processes with their lead times.
Every product that gets made carries a routing: the operations in order, each with a setup time, a run time per unit, and the machines it can run on. Outsourced steps carry a lead time instead of a machine. That is enough to plan a shop, without a consultant and without a Gantt chart nobody maintains.
One click generates a week-by-week plan for every open order against real machine capacity, and it plans the remaining work from shop-floor progress, not the paperwork. Finished operations stay finished; the plan only ever schedules what is genuinely left to do.
Each plan is a deterministic, immutable snapshot with a fingerprint of its inputs. When someone asks why a date moved, the answer is on record, not in someone's head.
