Stokka

Feature · Inventory

Stock that says the same number on every screen.

One source for every SKU, finished goods, sub-assemblies, raw materials, packaging. Shopify reads from it. Xero reconciles against it. The shop floor works off it. The count on a Monday is still the count on a Wednesday.

Source of truth

The drift stops when the writes stop competing.

Most small-manufacturer stock chaos isn't caused by bad discipline. It's caused by four systems that all believe they own stock. Stokka breaks the tie, one system writes, the others read.

Production consumes components through runs. Sales ship finished goods through orders. Purchasing adds inbound stock through POs. Stokka is the system that knows all three and reconciles them into one live position per SKU, per warehouse, per batch.

Shopify still shows customer-facing stock, but it reads from Stokka. Xero still handles invoices and reconciliation, but its inventory figures match Stokka's because they come from it. Spreadsheets are welcome to exist, but they're read-only.

What's built in

The fields that keep stock honest.

Killer feature

Warehouses

Multi-warehouse, one screen

Dublin, Cork, a 3PL in Brussels, all visible on one line, with per-warehouse reorder points and an immutable ledger behind every number.

Batches

Stock is batch-aware

Every inventory position is traceable to the batch it belongs to. Recalls don't require reconstruction.

Reservations

Available vs. allocated

An open sales order allocates stock without shipping it. Production runs reserve components on release.

FIFO / FEFO

Suggested picks by receipt or expiry

The system recommends the correct batch to pick. Overrides require a reason.

Bins

Bin locations, opt-in per warehouse

Zone to aisle to shelf to bin, up to 10 levels, with rolled-up totals, default receiving bins, and scan-friendly pickers built for tablets.

Adjustments

Counts, writedowns, corrections

Every adjustment carries a reason code. The trail is the story your accountant will ask you to tell.

Reorder

Usage-based reorder suggestions

Reorder points derived from actual consumption and supplier lead times. Not a sticky note on the monitor.

Valuation

FIFO cost, average, or standard

Match your accounting method. Reports reconcile to Xero or QuickBooks without manual adjustment journals.

Cycle counts

Rolling vs. annual

Schedule counts by SKU class. High-value fast-movers weekly, slow movers quarterly, your shutdown only has to count the rest.
