Feature · AI document capture

The invoice types itself.

Drop a PDF or photograph a supplier invoice and Stokka reads the whole document, European number and date formats included, into a draft purchase invoice. You review the amber fields, not the whole page. Corrections are learned per supplier and applied to their next invoice automatically.

How it works

Photo to posted bill, with you in the loop.

Capture is upload or camera. The document is read in full, matched against your suppliers and products, checked for duplicates, and laid out side by side with the original for review.

Matching runs on the identifiers that actually identify: VAT number, IBAN, SKU, and fuzzy name matching for the rest. A supplier Stokka has never seen can be created inline without leaving the review. A document you have already captured is flagged as a duplicate before it becomes a double payment.

Every field carries its own confidence badge. Green fields are settled; amber fields are the ones worth your eyes. Reviewing an invoice stops being proofreading and becomes spot-checking.

Scanned document content is auto-purged after the retention window, and deleting a capture removes the stored file too.

Self-improving

Correct it once. It stays corrected.

Every correction you make is learned for that supplier and applied to their next invoice automatically. The tenth invoice from a supplier reviews faster than the first, and the hundredth barely needs you.

Per supplier

Corrections become rules

Fix how a supplier's line descriptions map to your products once. The mapping is remembered and applied on their next invoice.

European by default

Formats read correctly

Comma decimals, day-first dates, VAT numbers and IBANs are parsed as what they are, not as American look-alikes.

Guard rails

Duplicates never post twice

Captured documents are checked against prior captures, so the same invoice arriving by two routes becomes one bill, not two payments.

Ask Claude about your stock

AI that earns access.

Stokka ships a first-party connector so you can ask Claude about your own inventory. It is consented, scoped, and deliberately limited, a trust story, not a bolted-on chatbot.

Consented

OAuth, explicitly granted

The connector only exists for your org after you approve it. Revoke it and access ends.

Scoped

Your org, nothing else

Access is scoped to your organisation's data. Multi-org logins stay isolated per company.

Read-only

Looks, never touches

The AI can answer questions about stock, orders and builds. It cannot create, change, or delete anything.

Financials excluded

Prices and margins withheld

Cost prices and margins are deliberately excluded from what the AI can see. Your numbers stay yours.

Quiet operations

The automation you stop noticing.

Intake

Upload or camera

PDF and photo, European formats included.

Review

Amber fields only

Per-field confidence badges.

FX rates

Daily ECB feed

With a hard staleness ceiling, an old rate is never silently used.

Heavy work

Background jobs

OCR, exports and sync run retried in the background.
